Winter Season Starts In:

Up here it’s quiet. You hear the light thrum of the chairlift at your back, a slight breeze wisps by, cold and clear. It carries the tinkle of laughter from a pack of kids down below. It’s sunny and crystal clear today, and before you drop in, you take a moment to breathe, to hear the quiet. You needed this.

You need Solitude.

Solitude feels different than other resorts…feels looser, less crowded somehow. The mountain’s layout is a tantalizing buffet of green, blue and black runs, so black you’ll feel like you are in the backcountry.

Deer Valley’s new ownership of the beloved mountain promises to polish the shine on this Utah resort. A new chairlift alignment and upgrade, lodge remodels and a full overhaul of the mountain’s food and beverage service are coming on line along with Deer Valley’s tradition of renowned service and meeting guest expectations.

Discover the new Solitude.
