R.I.D.E. Program

The purpose of R.I.D.E. (Reducing Individual Driving for the Environment) is to incentivize the use of public transportation or carpool to Solitude Mountain Resort. Parking is limited at the resort and traffic in the canyon can be a challenge so this is an opportunity for everyone to reduce the number of vehicles at the resort and on the road.

How It Works:

1. Arrive at Solitude Mountain Resort parking Entry #1 prior to 11 a.m. by UTA bus or with three or more people in a vehicle.

2. Every person in the vehicle and getting off the bus at Solitude will receive a R.I.D.E. Reward Ticket

3. Collect 5 R.I.D.E. Reward Tickets and redeem them for a complimentary fountain beverage, coffee, tea or hot chocolate or a cookie at Moonbeam Lodge or Last Chance Lodge

4. Collect 10 R.I.D.E. Reward Tickets and redeem them for a half-price lift ticket voucher at the Moonbeam Ticket Office or the Powderhorn Ticket Office.

For staff, please redeem your Reward Tickets at the Human Resources office in the Administration Building.
