Serving lunch and dinner daily, the menu features a wonderful array of appetizers such as Wild Mushroom Flat Bread with goat cheese, from our wood fired oven. Enjoy entrées such as Poutine with mustard pulled pork, marble fries, Heber Valley cheese curds and smoky gravy or Roasted King Salmon with lemon miso cure, dill and mint pistou and farro pilaf.
