The Honeycomb Grill offers dynamic, contemporary American cuisine using fresh, locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients with amazing views of the mountain from the grand windows.
Serving lunch and dinner daily, the menu features a wonderful array of appetizers such as Wild Mushroom Flat Bread with goat cheese, from our wood fired oven. Enjoy entrées such as Poutine with mustard pulled pork, marble fries, Heber Valley cheese curds and smoky gravy or Roasted King Salmon with lemon miso cure, dill and mint pistou and farro pilaf. Be sure to save room for one of our mouth-watering house-made desserts as well.
